  • 2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop New Zealand whey chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries & raspberries)
  • 1-2 tbsp beet powder
  • 1-2 cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp ashwaganda
  • 1 tsp New Earth Organics Liver Life Mushroom Blend
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • bee pollen for garnish


  • Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender like a Vitamix and blend.
  • Serve with extra chia seeds and bee pollen on top!
